There is no way that I could see the activity level in this view. It's shown as one line item and it shows that starts on May 24th, 2013 and ends on December 2013. It shows you each project trolled up under only one line items. So a lot of people are looking at projects and are looking for project that the detailed level of activities knows. So that activities tab is really showing you your own project. And then, let me open up one of these projects to see an example, so you'll see that another tab right here appeared, another tab that's for the activity. And create any type of breakdown that I need. I can create breakdowns under my own name. Let me scroll down to my name right here. So if you don't have it on your screen you can click on it and then you'll be able to see that. It'll show you the details if I click on it. Now there's a lot of detail under here in that window of all the details is always shown, and if it doesn't show for you, you can click on this icon right here. So that's the view that I'm in, so let me expand that. So the enterprise project structure is really looked at from an enterprise level and if you want to get to that EPS view, you go to Enterprise and then you go to Project. So for us as a business, we decided to break it down in terms of people and whose responsible for what work and then they can create their own breakdown under their own unique structure. It could be based on how you operate as a business. So, it could be per client, it could be per type of project so you could have aviation, health care, residential, commercial, offices, and so on.
So, there's something called the enterprise project structure that I spoke about earlier so that enterprise projects structures really how you really breakdown your whole database. You're actually opening up the whole database. You didn't double-click on a file to open it. So, it really is showing you all of the projects that are in the system. So, once you start opening that database, you open this window for the projects. So that's sometimes a challenge for some, so we're going to talk about the interface for a little bit. So some people may fear opening up the P6 database in order to work with it. So, the interface for P6 is maybe, it's not as complicated as many other systems, but it is not as simple as Microsoft Project. So now that's connecting to the company server, so that's why it takes a little bit longer than Microsoft Project, and it connects to all of the company's schedules. So I'm just going to input my user name and password. A lot of times if a database is not selected, the platform will not start. So you have to select the database that you're working with. It's not a file, there's a database that includes all of the company data or all of the project data. So the first thing to mention is that P6 is a database platform. And I'm going to go to, typically you'll find some kind of either Oracle or P6 or Primavera P6. And I'm going to go through my Start menu.
